Download the Printable
Depending on your preferences and lifestyle, you may choose to track your Weekly Goals in either a digital or printable form. If you're a paper & pen person, a traditional printable is linked below the video. If you prefer to type, download the digital. Be sure to save a different file each week you track for later reference!
Watch the Training
The training outlines my process of setting simple weekly goals to ensure small successes each week. When I'm feeling overwhelmed by all the things I need or want to accomplish, this method helps to ensure I'm continually working towards a balanced and rewarding life.
Set Your Weekly Goals
Decide which areas you want to focus on this week. As outlined in the training, try to stick to just a few goals each week when you're starting out. This will be less overwhelming and more motivating as you move forward. Set small, achievable goals that you can track daily or a few times a week- for me, this can sometimes look more like habits than goals, which actually works well for my own progress.
Track, Evaluate, Adjust
Once a week (I do this on Sunday afternoons or evenings) set aside some time to reflect on your progress during the past week- what you did well at and what you can improve on. Set new goals for the week ahead, and write them down on a fresh sheet. Adjust your goal as necessary- more or less challenging, different life categories, or an entirely different goal- the choice is yours!
